Sun Worshipers- Sunrise and Sunset

Beautiful sunrise this morning.

I'm always in awe!

It is the small things in life 

we take for granted,

Sunrise and Sunsets.

I'm fascinated by all

 it cheers my heart daily

urging me to get on with life

It makes me pause and appreciate 

the many beautiful things around

 

 

I managed to catch the sunset today

We, sun worshipers,

 captivated by its beauty dropped everything to pay homage.

I parked by the side of the road  of busy West bay 

On an isle in a Lucayan Archipelago

and watched the sun

languidly perform its nightly routine

dazzle the sky with a rainbow of colors

Before turning its back on the world

Until tomorrow comes

and it rises again
